Motorhome gets to move

We took the motorhome for a ride today for the first time in three months.  It is such a job getting everything picked up and secured inside and out but the motorhome really needed to be driven.  We filled up on diesel and propane as well.  The motorhome ran really well and the trip went without a hitch.  When we got back Don started to feel really rotten, headache, body aches and chills.  We got the motorhome set up as much as we needed.  There was a dinner at the clubhouse that we had signed up for so I went over and brought the food home.

Tampa Trip

We went to Tampa again today.  It is good to get out of the park and area.  We ate lunch at Sweet Tomatoes, I ate too much and had an upset stomach the rest of the afternoon.  I went to Kohls and Don went to Camping World.  Then we went to Parksdale Farms and picked up a lot of fresh vegetables and fruit for around $8.

It was hot today and really hot in the motor home when we got back so turned on the air conditioners.  They ran off and on for the rest of the day.  Another hot day forecast for tomorrow.

Eat out Saturday

We went to the clubhouse for breakfast, was good today.  In the evening we went to Sonny's BQ, it was OK.  We probably should have ordered something different but the turkey was fine.  We just stayed home in the evening watching recorded TV shows.

Amendment II

Dinner and show

This is second day we didn't leave the park, must be some kind of record!  We had dinner at the clubhouse, it was chicken fried steak.  Not my favorite but Don likes it - they did have good green beans and strawberry shortcake.  After the dinner we came home and watched the DVD Bourne Legacy which we enjoyed, better than some of the shows we've been watching.  The weather continues to be cool and cold at night but forecast to warm up soon.
