Nice weather!
We went for breakfast at HyVee, they had a special. Then did our grocery shopping. It feels good to have windows open a bit and get some fresh air inside!

No coats!
We had bagels at Panera and then went to look at walkers that my doctor recommended for me. With the Medicare discount they are still less expensive at Amazon. Then we went to Menards, Don needed on thing. I went in just for some exercise and together we bought a cart full!
A nice day, didn't need wraps to go outside even this morning. Brenda signed the papers selling her house. We brought home dinner.

Worst part, no coffee
Fun day, not. Today was my annual physical, all is well - just not what I like to do. I couldn't eat or drink for 12 hours before my lab tests so afterwards we went to Denny's for breakfast.
The sky was blue, then while I was in the clinic it turned cloudy. It rained some and then got nice again. Don worked on the deck and painting lawn chairs. We ate dinner at home.

At least partly sunny today. The severe weather is getting closer, hope it doesn't make it here. Did stuff around the house, I didn't feel like fixing dinner so we got tacos - after all it is Taco Tuesday.

Memorial Day
Raining again. Two nice days and then rain. We cleaned the house, nothing better to do.
This is Memorial Day, it has always been a day to honor our fallen soldiers and to remind us of the family and friends we have lost. It is also a day off work or many, banks and government offices closed. Called the unofficial start of summer, so where is summer?
We went to Menards for their BIG Memorial Day sale, got a few things and then to dinner at Panera.

Top 10 weather day!
Woke up to sunshine! That makes getting out of bed easier. We had breakfast at Denny's and came home to read the Sunday Newspapers.
Our daughters came for a visit in the afternoon, we grilled smoked pork chops for dinner.
