Wedding Day!

We had breakfast in the motel breakfast room, we were the first and then relatives joined us.  People scattered - some had wedding decorations to do, others went to a Butterfly House.  Don and I went to visit his sister-in-law.  We had a good visit, it had been awhile!  We spent three winters in Texas with her and Don's brother so know her well. 

Then a short nap and off to the wedding which was held in a "barn" which is the popular place to have a wedding nowadays.  It was a nice place but the path to the ceremony was stone, very uneven and large gaps.  Lots of people were having problems walking on the path.  I walked on the grass or I would have been on my nose!  The wind was blowing hard to make things a bit uncomfortable.

After the ceremony we went inside the (air conditioned) "barn" where tables were set up and it was very nicely decorated.  There were snacks and beverages and later a good dinner.  After all this was a dance.
