Limon, Costa Rica

Limon, Costa Rica.  Our day started at 5 am, we had to get up early, have breakfast and go on a tour.  The tour took us to a banana plantation and then to a train that took us into the rain forest.  We got back on a bus which took us to a boat trip on of the canals. They had a fruit buffet after the ride.   Back to the bus and back to the ship – a five hour tour.  We saw sloths, monkeys, lizards and a little crocodile on the trip.

With some hesitation we went to see a violin performance.  He played mostly new age type music which we enjoyed but it was not for everyone.  The dining room and show were not as full as usual as the Super Bowl was on the outside TV and one of the lounge’s big TVs.
