Veterans Day

Because of the weather forecast for tomorrow we decided to go to Panera today and then to HyVee for groceries.  Panera was crowded when we got there, perhaps other people had the same idea.  The place was cold, we sat in a cold breeze.  I noticed other people kept their jackets on as well.  

It had stopped raining by morning but turned cold with a colder wind.  Going into HyVee was not a thrill with the wind in our faces.  HyVee was very busy and the crew was busy stocking.  They had pallets all over stacked high.

Don went back to HyVee for their Thursday steak dinners.  Their warming area wasn't working so they sold us 2 cool meals for the price of one.  No problem heating them in the the microwave.

The weather people said there might be snow overnight.
