Doctor visit

Went to the spine doctor today.  First had to go for x-rays.  Today's x-rays match the one from four years ago after I had spine surgery.  Nothing had slipped so no surgery needed.  My pain is coming from a knotted muscle.  The doctor wants me to take a steroid series, I'm afraid of what my reaction will be and don't want to be in bad shape this weekend so will start next Monday.  So back to the ibuprofen and heating pad.

It rained this afternoon, some places in the state had tornados.  We picked up a pizza for dinner.
