We had dinner at home. In the late evening we had our 5th water leak from the townhouse above ours. It has been totally redone (after the first four leaks) and we were assured "no more water events". I walked down the hall and felt something on my face, thought it was a bug but it was a drip of water coming from our hall light. We called the owner of the townhouse, she was on a trip in northern Minnesota. She called her sister who met Don to find the problem. At first they couldn't find anything but then Don saw some water on the utility room floor. It was air conditioner condensation draining out. The problem was a crack in the old hose. Everything had been replaced but they reused an old hose! They got that taken care of and the leak stopped. We had no ceiling damage, we are letting the hall light dry out before putting it back. It had not been leaking for long or we would have had damage. This water problem was a pain from the first event and not getting better. This was no ones fault but the person's that decided to not get a new hose.
